Sourcebooks

Sourcebooks is an independent publisher based in Naperville, Illinois. The company was founded in 1987 by Dominique Raccah and has since grown to become one of the largest independent publishers in the United States. Sourcebooks publishes a wide range of books across various genres, including fiction, nonfiction, children's books, and young adult literature. They have published bestselling authors such as Christina Baker Kline, Jennifer Weiner and New York Times bestseller "The Nightingale" by Kristin Hannah. They are also known for their innovative approach to publishing, such as their "Sourcebooks Fire" line of YA novels, which focuses on diverse and underrepresented voices in young adult literature. In addition to publishing, Sourcebooks also operates a distribution division, Sourcebooks Casablanca, which distributes books from other publishers as well.
